Yes. It is within walking distance of the Ikseon-dong hanok alleys and Nakwon Arcade. From Insa-dong you can also walk over past Jongno 3-ga Station.

How do I get there from Dongdaemun or Cheongnyangni?

Take Line 1 and get off at Jongno 3-ga Station. It is two stops from Dongdaemun Station, and from Cheongnyangni Station it is a single ride on Line 1 with no transfer.

Can I bring a car?

Parking is not available. The alleys around Jongno 3-ga are awkward for cars, so coming by subway or on foot is easiest.
